Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to shape a global social media presence for a fast‑growing travel brand. You will translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and business priorities into platform‑native strategies while working fully remotely with an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable, multi‑platform social media strategies based on insights, trends, audience behaviours and business objectives.
• Own the end‑to‑end social content calendar, balancing evergreen campaigns, cultural moments and reactive opportunities.
• Guide content creators, producers and agency partners to ensure platform‑native, high‑impact work.
• Monitor social conversations, sentiment and performance metrics to continuously optimise strategy.
• Lead crisis‑management coordination with PR, Customer Support and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, community growth or related roles.
• Strong expertise in TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Proven ability to turn consumer insights and cultural trends into compelling, multi‑format campaigns.
• Experience managing content creators, social producers and external agencies.
• Data‑driven mindset with hands‑on experience using social listening, sentiment analysis and performance analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across creative, marketing, PR and customer‑facing teams.
