About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar tailored to mortgage broker audiences in Melbourne.
• Create high‑quality social media posts and reels highlighting services, industry trends, and client success stories.
• Optimize content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
• Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to maximize reach.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align content with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within mortgage or financial services.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short‑form video and reel creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and start immediately.
