Solution Consultant - Enterprise Sourcing

About the role

Archlet, an AI-native platform for enterprise sourcing used by large companies such as PepsiCo, Walmart, FedEx and Givaudan, is looking for a Solution Consultant. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them structure and run complex RFPs with Archlet, and guide its strategic, high-touch sourcing events.

Key responsibilities

• Understand each customer's goals, constraints and definition of success, then show them how to achieve it with Archlet
• Guide sourcing events hands-on, from bid sheet design to scenario analysis
• Prepare and deliver demos and trainings to onboard new users
• Expand accounts by identifying ways to add value, supporting the account owner in upselling and creating best-practice use cases and success stories
• Turn customer feedback and sourcing challenges into input for Product and Engineering
• Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Engineering, and eventually own your own customer accounts

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written German and English (a must)
• Based in Switzerland or Spain
• 3+ years of experience in logistics/freight procurement at an enterprise, in procurement consulting with freight sourcing exposure, or at a ProcureTech company focused on logistics sourcing
• Experience supporting or running RFPs, eAuctions or scenario-based sourcing events for Air, Ocean or Road categories
• Comfortable with senior stakeholders, strong analytical skills and advanced Excel
• Interest in AI-driven innovation; experience with Coupa Sourcing Optimization, Keelvar, Transporeon, Jaggaer ASO or SAP Ariba is a plus
