Solution Manager – Architect (Avaloq Expertise)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Manager – Architect with deep Avaloq expertise to join our organization. In this role you will design, architect and oversee the implementation of end‑to‑end banking solutions on the Avaloq platform, acting as the technical bridge between business needs and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect comprehensive banking solutions leveraging Avaloq capabilities and best practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
• Lead solution implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers and QA teams to execute solution roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship and conduct solution reviews to identify optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of professional experience with Avaloq platform implementation and configuration.
• Proven expertise in banking and financial services solution architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience managing complex solution implementations from design through deployment.
• Fluency in German is a plus.
