About the role

Join Kempinski’s historic luxury brand as a Spa Receptionist for the 2026/2027 winter season in St. Moritz. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable spa experience in a high‑end Alpine setting.

Key responsibilities

• Take and manage spa reservations.
• Operate in line with Kempinski service standards.
• Welcome guests, attend to their needs, and provide information.
• Be prepared to perform basic massages when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the spa area.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
• Coordinate appointments across different treatment rooms.

Required profile

• Organised, precise, and able to work under pressure.
• Completed specialist training and initial experience in an upscale hotel environment.
• Motivated to learn and create unforgettable guest moments.
• Resilient, tidy, with a strong quality awareness.
• Fluent in German and English; additional language such as Russian is a plus.
