Sport Marketing Event Specialist – Core Sports

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Sport Marketing Event Specialist to strengthen its presence in the core sports community across Switzerland. You will develop partnerships, activate the brand at events, and help shape the future of skate, bike and freestyle snow scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic opportunities with event organisers, opinion leaders, associations and community partners.
• Plan, execute and own core‑sports activations, from local community events to large‑scale projects.
• Manage Red Bull’s Event Car Program, creating activation concepts and coordinating logistics.
• Contribute to new event formats, activations and community‑driven projects.
• Support business planning, prepare presentations and reports, manage budgets and ensure coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in sports marketing, event management or related fields.
• Passionate about skate, bike and freestyle snow scenes with a strong network in Switzerland.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities and timelines.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Switzerland and work weekends.
• Fluent in German and comfortable communicating professionally in English and French.
