Steward – Seasonal Full‑Time Position in St. Moritz

About the role

Join the stewarding team at Kempinski’s luxury resort in St. Moritz for the winter season 2026/27. You will work behind the scenes to keep the kitchen and back‑of‑house areas spotless, supporting a 5‑star guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning, caring for and storing porcelain, glass, cutlery and kitchen crockery.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen area and food‑and‑beverage back‑office.
• Ensuring proper use and care of all machines and equipment.
• Disposing of waste in line with local regulations.
• Onboarding new employees within the stewarding team.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or comparable experience in an upscale hotel stewarding team.
• High flexibility, assertiveness, resilience and commitment.
• Team‑oriented, independent and precise working style.
• Proficiency in German or English.
