Store Manager

About the role

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Store Manager for its Gstaad Resort boutique. As the brand’s ambassador, you will lead a high‑performing team, cultivate lasting client relationships, and drive business results in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain talent; create succession plans and set clear performance targets.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable objectives for the team and monitor progress.
• Lead client and business development initiatives, maximize product category potential, and use clienteling tools to build loyalty.
• Represent the brand locally through networking, PR activities, and market analysis.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensure compliance with Louis Vuitton policies, manage expenses, loss prevention, and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Maintain relationships with external suppliers and manage contracts.
• Model best practices on the sales floor, identify market trends, and drive sales efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury or high‑end retail.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to act as a brand ambassador and engage with local market stakeholders.
• Knowledge of competitive landscape and market trends.
