Store Manager (m/f/d) – Geneva

About the role

RIMOWA, the iconic luxury luggage brand, is looking for a Store Manager to lead its Geneva boutique. You will be responsible for driving sales, coaching a high‑performing team, and ensuring an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop the store team while fostering a culture of excellence.
• Maximise sales performance through product knowledge education, coaching, and regular review of transaction statistics.
• Support client advisors in achieving individual goals and provide timely feedback.
• Oversee after‑sales service, store operations, health & safety compliance, visual merchandising and new‑launch displays.
• Analyse weekly and monthly performance, create action plans and communicate results to the Global Management team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate staff at all levels.
• Professional sales development abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
