Strategic Business Development – Key Clients & Family Offices (DACH)

About the role

Join the Key Clients & Family Office team in Zurich to drive strategic growth among ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and family offices across the DACH region. You will build and convert a high‑quality pipeline of prospects, working closely with relationship managers and internal product specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a data‑driven pipeline to increase transparency, predictability, and conversion rates.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to accelerate lead generation and conversion.
• Create and nurture a structured ecosystem of external partners, introducers, and influencers.
• Lead deal teams and coordinate internal stakeholders across advisory, product, and leadership functions.
• Continuously monitor market developments, competitor activity, and client trends to refine acquisition strategies.

Required profile

• Proven success in strategic business development within the UHNW or family‑office segment in Switzerland and Germany.
• Experience building and activating partner ecosystems that generate qualified opportunities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• High degree of ownership, resilience, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Collaborative team player who can build trusted partnerships across functions.
