Strategic Program Director – Value Creation

About the role

We are launching the R&Sult Value Creation Program and need a Strategic Program Director to lead it end‑to‑end across Europe, the Middle East and North America. The role sits at the heart of R&S Group’s transformation, driving operational and commercial excellence, accelerating innovation and delivering measurable top‑line and EBITDA growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate the R&Sult program across all strategic workstreams, ensuring alignment across business units and factory locations.
• Translate top‑level strategic targets into actionable plans and drive disciplined execution.
• Establish and run program governance, including Steering Committee alignment, monthly performance reviews and structured performance tracking.
• Act as central integrator, challenging and supporting stakeholders to ensure cross‑functional collaboration, prioritisation and accountability.
• Identify and unlock additional value potential, continuously monitoring results and adjusting initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, cross‑functional strategic programs in an industrial or energy‑infrastructure environment.
• Strong ability to work with senior executives (Board, CEO) and maintain credibility on the shop floor.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated capability to drive alignment, transparency and accountability across multiple geographies.
