Strategic Projects Associate

About the role

Join Sika's Strategy Team as a Strategic Projects Associate, working on high‑visibility regional projects with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and Group Management. You will design and deliver solutions that drive growth and efficiency across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyse results and define actions with Business, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders to solve key challenges.
• Identify new opportunities from data, support strategic business plan reviews and translate them into operational footprints.
• Analyze the impact of M&A activities on country masterplans and assist local teams during integration.
• Improve and roll‑out new processes and solutions across country organisations.
• Draft presentations and data visualisations for top‑management, leveraging insights from analysis and workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience with strategic projects and data analysis at a top consulting firm.
• Proven ability to lead analysis, process design and implementation phases.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills and the capacity to translate data insights into actionable plans.
• High autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset and a can‑do attitude.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
