Supply Chain Analyst / Procurement Coordinator / Logistics Specialist

About the role

This part‑time remote position combines supply chain analysis, procurement coordination, and logistics support. You will help ensure smooth operations by monitoring the flow of goods, managing inventory levels, and assisting with demand planning to drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor end‑to‑end supply chain activities and identify bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock replenishment.
• Assist in demand planning and forecasting to align supply with business needs.
• Analyze operational data to propose process improvements.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including supplier communication and order tracking.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet supply chain objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in demand planning and inventory management.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for forecasting and decision‑making.
• Solid experience in supply chain operations and process optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices or circular‑economy principles is a plus.
