Swiss Graduate Programme 2027 - Private Bank (BLIS)

About the role

The Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme in Private Bank Business, Lending & Investment Solutions (PB BLIS) is a 13-month programme for university graduates. It offers exposure to a range of projects and ongoing professional and technical training, with support from a network of mentors and peers. Participants learn about the products of the business and contribute to their design and development, while working alongside Relationship or Investment Managers to understand client needs.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
• Completion of studies by the programme start date (July 2027), with no outstanding graduation requirements
• No more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (internships excluded)
• Prior introduction to the financial industry is a great plus

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, numerical and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and very good knowledge of German; additional languages are a plus
