Swiss Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

This internship covers recruitment and early career activities within the Group's Swiss operations. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment of interns across the various Swiss sites and support early-career candidates through career fairs, employer branding and internship follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit interns across all business functions, working with hiring managers from role briefing through candidate selection, interviews, offers and hiring.
• Choose the most effective sourcing channels according to business needs, location and hiring volume, and define selection criteria for each area.
• Analyse recurring hiring needs and anticipate recruitment cycles to build proactive talent pipelines.
• Represent the Group at career fairs, networking events and employer branding initiatives with partner schools and universities.
• Take part in end-of-internship evaluations and follow up with early-career candidates.
• Design and improve the candidate experience for early talent before, during and after their internship.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Group's Early Career strategy.

Required profile

• Final-year Bachelor or Master's student in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Currently holding an internship agreement (convention) with your school or university.
• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written.
• Availability for a 6-month internship.
• A first experience in HR, ideally in recruitment or project management, is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in office tools, including data handling in Excel and PowerPoint (MS Office Suite).
• Knowledge of an ATS, ideally Workday, is a plus.
