System Engineer – Windows Infrastructure

About the role
We are seeking an experienced System Engineer specialized in Windows infrastructure to join our IT team. The role focuses on maintaining high‑availability Windows server environments and supporting enterprise‑wide services.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server platforms (2016, 2019, 2022) and ensure optimal performance.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Design, deploy, and maintain virtualized workloads using VMware and Hyper‑V.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
- Monitor system health, tune performance, and handle patch management.
- Implement backup, recovery, and incident/problem management processes.
Required profile
- 6‑7 years of hands‑on experience with enterprise Windows infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
