Talent Acquisition Partner – 1 Year Contract (German Market)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a one‑year fixed‑term contract to lead recruitment for our German‑speaking market. You will collaborate closely with local hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract top talent, improve the candidate experience, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions across Business Units in the German‑speaking market.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and tailored talent solutions.
• Partner with local HR and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
• Represent the company at external events and strengthen employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an international or matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• In‑depth knowledge of the German‑speaking labour market.
• Proficiency in sourcing strategies, interview techniques and assessment tools.
• Fluent in English and German (C1 level or native).
• Data‑driven mindset with a passion for delivering results.
