Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Swiss Market team on a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be responsible for building and executing a local talent acquisition strategy that attracts top talent for our retail and luxury businesses while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a local talent acquisition strategy aligned with the Group and Maisons vision.
• Define sourcing channels, manage social‑media advertising, and promote collaborative recruitment with business units.
• Maintain transparent talent records in the recruitment system and on LinkedIn.
• Proactively source diverse candidates from internal databases and external platforms.
• Partner with the Talent Manager Europe on HR talent‑management projects.
• Produce and analyse recruitment KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop university partnerships to feed junior‑level pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
• 5‑7 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in retail or luxury.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a multicultural, multinational environment.
• Strong communication, advisory, and networking skills.
• Experience with both high‑volume campaigns and niche role recruitment.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
