Talent Acquisition Partner – Swiss Market (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for our Swiss market on a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will work closely with the HR Director and Business Partners to build a strong talent pipeline for our retail and luxury businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the local talent acquisition strategy to attract top retail talent.
• Define sourcing channels, manage social‑media advertising and ensure alignment with the Group and Maisons TA vision.
• Maintain transparent candidate records in the ATS and LinkedIn, and share talent insights across the TA community.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Proactively source diverse talent from internal databases and external platforms.
• Collaborate with the Talent Manager Europe on HR talent‑management projects.
• Produce and analyse recruitment KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships with universities to source junior talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in retail or luxury.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a multicultural, multinational environment.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.
• Innovative problem‑solver with resilience and flexibility.
• Experience recruiting both high‑volume campaigns and niche roles.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Familiarity with Workday or SAP is advantageous.
