Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and lead our engineering recruitment function at PAVE Space. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for multiple technical roles as we scale from 50 to over 100 employees ahead of our first launch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 10+ concurrent searches for positions in propulsion, avionics, operations and related disciplines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, events and niche channels to reach passive engineers.
• Own the full candidate experience from initial contact through contract signing.
• Conduct closing conversations with senior engineers who have competing offers.
• Track hiring metrics such as pipeline health, time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness to inform decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements that attract self‑selecting candidates.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of talent acquisition experience hiring engineers in competitive deep‑tech, aerospace or high‑tech environments.
• Proven track record of closing senior technical candidates against strong competing offers.
• Ability to run multiple searches in parallel without compromising quality.
• Strong sourcing instincts and familiarity with where passive talent can be found.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable using an ATS and structured hiring processes.
