Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fast‑growing partner company in Switzerland. In a remote‑first setting you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and business positions, helping build high‑performing teams that develop AI, cloud and machine‑learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role intake to onboarding handover.
• Recruit for technical and business roles across AI, machine learning, software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, sales, marketing and partnerships.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical capabilities, experience, motivation and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create recruitment strategies and support informed decisions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for European and Latin American markets.
• Develop sourcing initiatives, employer‑branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
• Monitor recruitment performance using data, KPIs and hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Enhance recruitment workflows, assessment methods and technology usage.
• Promote a transparent, engaging candidate experience while strengthening the employer brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience recruiting technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of international hiring markets, especially Europe and Latin America.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment.
• Passion for emerging technologies and complex technical roles.
