Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

BOBST is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its Swiss site. Reporting to the HR Director Switzerland and working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will attract, engage and hire top talent across diverse functions while strengthening the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from need validation to offer acceptance.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, market trends and candidate selection.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies tailored to specific talent profiles.
• Screen, shortlist and conduct pre‑screening interviews, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and support HRIS implementation related to recruitment.
• Develop relationships with schools, universities and attend career fairs to promote the employer brand.
• Contribute to projects on Employee Value Proposition and employer attractiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking recruitment KPIs.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with HRIS solutions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
