Talent Acquisition Specialist – Life Sciences

About the role

EFOR Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for highly qualified engineering and scientific professionals across Switzerland and the DACH region. You will shape talent pipelines, strengthen the employer brand, and directly support the company’s growth in the competitive Life Sciences market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep market knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical‑device sectors in Switzerland.
• Identify and engage niche scientific and engineering talent using Boolean search, social media, professional forums, conferences and traditional networks.
• Maintain a GDPR‑compliant talent pool in the ATS/CRM and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Own the full recruitment cycle: talent mapping, screening, competency interviews, technical assessments, offer negotiation and contract management.
• Partner with hiring managers and domain experts to align requirements, timelines and candidate experience.
• Co‑create and continuously improve the Swiss/DACH recruitment playbook, incorporating data‑driven insights, automation tools and DE&I initiatives.
• Represent EFOR at trade shows, university career days, industry congresses and online events, collaborating with Marketing on EVP campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in Life Sciences or related technical fields.
• Strong understanding of engineering and scientific talent markets in Switzerland and the DACH region.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with cross‑functional teams.
