About the role

Join the Zurich Recruiting team at Bain to attract and engage top talent through university recruiting, events, and candidate programming. You will act as the primary contact for applicants and consultants throughout the selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and follow‑up recruiting events for students, including marketing strategy and relationship building with university career centers.
• Coordinate the full selection process from application review to offer closure, including interview scheduling, venue booking and candidate communication.
• Maintain the recruiting database, analyse key figures and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and the Swiss recruitment strategy.

Required profile

• High initiative, organisational talent, flexibility and creativity.
• Responsibility, reliability and strong service orientation in a dynamic, international environment.
• Successfully completed studies and initial professional experience in talent acquisition, university marketing, HR or event marketing.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
