Talent Specialist (80-100%) - Technology Recruitment

About the role

Enclustra, a Zurich-based company developing FPGA-based electronic modules and IP solutions and providing FPGA system design and embedded software engineering services, is looking for a Talent Specialist to join its team in full-time capacity (80-100%). The role covers end-to-end recruitment for technical positions such as FPGA, hardware and software engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes from briefing and candidate sourcing through interviews and selection
• Sourcing qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job platforms and other channels
• Assess candidate profiles for specialised technical roles, including FPGA, hardware and software engineering
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on candidate profiles
• Build relationships with candidates and provide a professional candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy data in the applicant tracking system and follow up promptly
• Identify ways to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency

Required profile

• Approximately 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or search, ideally in a technology-driven environment
• Ability to understand technical concepts, ideally in engineering, electronics, embedded systems, software or related fields
• Determined, proactive and persistent, able to pursue challenging searches and engage hard-to-reach candidates
• Confident in approaching candidates directly and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Structured and organised, able to manage several recruitment processes at once
• Fluency in English

Required skills

• Strong sourcing capabilities
• Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
• Curiosity and quick understanding of new technologies and specialised talent markets
