Team Lead, Android Core Product

About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead to own major Android core product features from concept through release, driving reliability, quality, and team productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Own major features end‑to‑end, collaborating closely with design.
• Maintain and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests, provide feedback, and unblock the team when needed.
• Standardize and maintain shared components and team‑built features.
• Reduce manual release interventions and shift verification earlier in development.
• Organize planning, drive informed decision‑making, and determine review necessities.
• Handle critical issues, manage feature releases, and support junior engineers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including team leadership or major project ownership.
• Strong product design intuition, user empathy, and excellent communication skills.

What we offer
