Tech Management Consultant

About the role

Netlight is looking for a Tech Management Consultant to help clients design, build and scale digital products and services. You will join a diverse network of consultants and work on projects ranging from product ownership to agile coaching, while continuously expanding your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define product strategy, roadmap and technical architecture.
• Lead or support initiatives such as product management, project management, business analysis, Scrum Mastery, agile coaching, and UX/UI design.
• Develop and deliver prototypes, MVPs, and full‑scale solutions using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to Netlight’s culture of learning and personal growth.
• Adapt your role to each assignment, shaping responsibilities based on client needs and your own strengths.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Innovation or a related field.
• Strong empathy and communication skills to understand client needs.
• Enthusiasm for technology, digital transformation and continuous learning.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders.
