About the role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead medium‑size projects focused on low‑voltage and medium‑voltage transformers and reactors. You will ensure all activities comply with Hitachi Energy policies, quality standards, health & safety, and environmental requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop project schedules, determine resource requirements and monitor progress.
- Report on project status, including cost, timing and staffing.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards such as ISO.
- Manage after‑sales projects to fulfil customer needs and resolve obstacles.
- Integrate vendor tasks into project plans and track deliverables when required.
Required profile
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background.
- 2‑3 years proven project management experience with transformers and reactors.
- Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
- Ability to work under time pressure, motivate a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
