Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our network of recruitment professionals. Based in Switzerland, you will work independently while accessing global hiring opportunities across technology, engineering, and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from sourcing to placement.
• Translate client hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies for technical and business roles.
• Identify, attract, and evaluate candidates in software engineering, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and leadership.
• Conduct recruiter interviews to assess technical alignment, experience, motivation, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain clear communication, and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Build and maintain long‑term talent pipelines and relationships.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to improve hiring efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches, and build trusted relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as software engineering, AI/ML, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, and product management.
