Technical Sales Manager – International Markets

About the role

The company, a Swiss‑based international industrial leader in automated equipment, seeks a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales of sophisticated industrial solutions across global markets. The role involves frequent international travel and close collaboration with engineering and R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell highly technical industrial equipment to an international customer base.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and convert them into profitable contracts.
• Maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.

Required profile

• Technical education in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B technical sales experience in machinery, automation or production equipment.
• Native‑level German with good command of English and French.
• Ability to work autonomously, travel regularly and manage an international territory.
