Technology Consulting Manager – Cyber Security

About the role

EY’s Financial Services Office (FSO) Technology Consulting team is seeking a Manager to lead cyber security consulting engagements for banking and insurance clients. The role involves delivering strategic insights, risk assessments, and practical solutions across a range of emerging security topics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cyber security consulting, information security, and risk assessments for processes, applications, systems, and IT infrastructures in banks and insurance companies.
• Deliver projects on cloud security, blockchain, DevOps, penetration testing, and security architecture.
• Perform IT risk assurance activities, including internal controls, risk, and compliance management.
• Manage and execute complex cyber security engagements and contribute to go‑to‑market strategy and proposal development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑regional EY teams to promote cyber security capabilities and identify sales opportunities.
• Represent EY at security conferences and professional meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security (e.g., MAS) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cyber security, information security, and technical IT security assessments.
• Strong knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Passion for consulting and deep expertise in at least one cyber security domain.
