Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

About the role

As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner at Hydration Room you will lead virtual patient encounters, support onsite clinical teams and help drive continuous quality improvement. The hybrid position lets you work remotely and on‑site according to business needs while delivering preventative care and IV therapy education.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Annual Medical Clearance (Good Faith) exams via video/audio to assess patient eligibility and ensure protocol compliance.
• Remote triage and treatment of patients through a secure telemedicine platform.
• Provide personalized education and recommend wellness‑focused treatment plans.
• Support clinical coordination for onsite patient visits as needed.
• Maintain high‑quality virtual care experiences with clear, compassionate communication.
• Collaborate with the care team, offering feedback to achieve quality outcomes.
• Participate in the telehealth schedule, including 3–4 weekend shifts per month.
• Complete clinical documentation, sign off charts, and manage e‑prescriptions and lab orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about preventative medicine, IV therapy and wellness programs.
• Skilled in remote patient communication via chat, phone and video.
• Confident in clinical decision‑making, patient triage and multidisciplinary care.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, tech‑enabled environment.
• Ability to work both in‑person and remotely from a quiet, professional setting with reliable internet.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs).
• Experience using scheduling tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
