Territory Sales Manager – Implants (Central Region)

About the role

Globus Medical is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive implant product sales and related services across the Central Region. The role combines consultative selling, technical support, and collaboration with multidisciplinary sales teams to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell Globus Medical implant products to hospitals, surgeons and decision‑makers in the assigned territory.
• Provide technical support and intra‑operative consultation, including neuromonitoring guidance and electrode placement.
• Educate and train surgeons and operating‑room staff on product indications and usage.
• Collaborate with robotic, imaging and navigation specialists to maximize cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity, track market trends and report expenses to the Regional Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; strong knowledge of the operating‑room environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to travel, including overnight stays.
• High integrity, proactive work style and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced understanding of human anatomy and basic medical procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in German and English; French is a strong plus.
