About the role
As a Test Engineer you will verify and document Hitachi Energy's generator circuit breakers before they are shipped to customers worldwide. The role involves conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at the Zurich production site, analysing faults and ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and set up test objects for inspections.
- Perform routine inspections and FAT with international customers.
- Evaluate and document test results.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
Required profile
- Completed basic electrical training (e.g., Automatiker EFZ, Elektroinstallateur EFZ).
- Experience reading and understanding electrical schematics.
- Good German and English language skills.
- Enjoy practical troubleshooting and technical challenges.
