Training Specialist (Global Operations)

About the role

The Training Specialist will deliver instructor‑led training across Medi24’s global operations, supporting new‑hire onboarding, knowledge‑base management, and performance‑driven learning programmes. Based in Bern, you will work with a worldwide team of Training Specialists and Instructional Designers to ensure consistent, high‑quality training delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate in‑person and remote instructor‑led sessions for global operations functions.
• Design and update onboarding and training programmes using proven adult‑learning methodologies.
• Conduct training needs analyses, create tailored training plans, and measure impact through quantitative and qualitative feedback.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to produce training materials, manuals, and e‑learning courses.
• Maintain the e‑learning knowledge base, ensuring content reflects system, regulatory, product, and process changes.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for medical and client onboarding training, coordinating with Medical, Trainers, and Instructional Design teams.
• Support the monthly training plan aimed at closing knowledge gaps and accelerating competency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering classroom or online training.
• Strong understanding of adult‑learning principles and proven training methodologies.
• Ability to work globally, adapt to changing business needs, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Medical qualification or relevant background is preferred.
