UX Designer

About the role

Board is seeking a passionate User Experience Designer to join its dynamic UX team. Reporting to the UX Lead, you will help shape the direction of an enterprise‑grade Intelligent Planning Platform, creating intuitive experiences for complex business workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, sales and fellow designers to understand goals and design requirements.
• Translate user needs, business objectives and technical constraints into clear, user‑centered designs.
• Rapidly produce and iterate conceptual diagrams, wireframes and interactive prototypes, delivering detailed design specifications.
• Leverage and extend the existing pattern library in partnership with the UI infrastructure team.
• Communicate design rationale and user‑centered processes effectively to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to evolving design standards, guidelines and usability evaluations.

Required profile

• Academic background in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction or a related discipline.
• Proven UX design experience for enterprise products, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing information‑rich interfaces such as data visualizations, tables, dashboards and complex workflows.
• Good knowledge of user‑centered, iterative design processes and usability principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma (required).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools such as Figma Make or Cursor.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with other design and prototyping tools is a plus.
