Vice President, Global Program Head Healthcare

About the role

The Executive Director/Vice President, Global Program Head for Healthcare (GPH) is the chief architect of complex global development programs, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative medicines and devices across therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Neurology, and Fertility.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end lifecycle strategy for global healthcare programs.
• Lead high‑performing Global Program Teams and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Navigate internal and alliance governance, presenting program status to Portfolio Governance Committee and Investment Board.
• Ensure strategic integrity, execution excellence, and financial risk management of assigned assets.
• Drive external engagement with thought leaders, scientific societies, and HTA bodies to support program advocacy.
• Adapt program strategies to internal and external trends, making data‑driven decisions to mitigate risk.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in global healthcare program management, preferably in Oncology, Neurology or Fertility.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary, multinational teams.
• Strong business and scientific acumen with ability to act as a strategic ambassador.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
