Vice President of Sales – Western Europe

About the role

Accuray is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Western Europe to lead the commercial expansion of its innovative radiotherapy systems. The role will shape sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and ensure high customer satisfaction across a diverse set of health systems and academic cancer centers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional marketing, service, patient access, and clinical support teams to create a comprehensive sales plan.
• Hire, train, develop, and coach commercial teams across all functions.
• Accurately forecast order volume in Salesforce (SFDC) and maintain pipeline integrity.
• Partner with Service Management to ensure high customer satisfaction and effective equipment turnover.
• Build and manage a sales funnel that exceeds order volume targets by penetrating competitive accounts and expanding existing customers.
• Develop account strategies for major health systems such as HCA, Ascension, Common Spirit, Providence, and academic cancer centers.
• Maintain and grow market share while balancing strategic priorities.
• Promote a sales strategy focused on outcomes and total cost of ownership.
• Leverage clinical evidence, including CyberKnife SBRT outcomes data, to strengthen competitive positioning.
• Establish strong relationships with executive management and key opinion leaders at target accounts.

Required profile

• MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of the Accuray product portfolio preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) for forecasting and pipeline management.
