Videographer Consultant for MSME Promotional Videos

About the role

The International Trade Centre is seeking a Videographer Consultant to create high‑quality promotional videos for ten selected micro‑, small‑ and medium‑enterprises (MSMEs) in Sierra Leone. Working remotely and traveling within the country, you will help these businesses showcase their products, services and brand identity across offline and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in briefing meetings with the project team and each MSME to understand branding objectives.
• Develop detailed filming plans, shooting schedules and creative concepts for each enterprise.
• Coordinate location scouting, equipment needs and stakeholder logistics.
• Produce one professional promotional video per MSME, capturing products, processes, premises and team members.
• Ensure high visual and audio quality, edit footage into final versions, and deliver files in required formats.
• Submit a final summary report documenting deliverables and outcomes.

Required profile

• Consultant‑level experience in video production for business or development projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Sierra Leone for filming sessions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with MSMEs and project staff.
