Volunteer Head of AI & Tech

About the role

The Female Leadership Society is seeking a passionate volunteer to lead its AI and technology initiatives. In this part‑time role you will act as the technical architect of the organisation’s digital presence, ensuring a seamless, professional experience for members, partners and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the FLS website and related digital platforms.
• Implement new features, retail portals with payment systems, and timely content updates.
• Translate brand guidelines into pixel‑perfect user interfaces.
• Create landing pages for events, partnerships and campaigns.
• Manage third‑party integrations such as membership platforms, CRM tools, newsletter systems and analytics.
• Apply on‑page SEO best practices and monitor performance with Google Analytics.
• Ensure security, GDPR/Swiss data‑protection compliance and WCAG accessibility.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to the mission of empowering female leaders.
• Technical expertise and creativity in web development.
• Ability to work independently for a minimum of 4 hours per week.
• Willingness to attend a weekly 1‑hour team meeting (Mondays 13:00 CET/CEST).
