Analyst, Land Operations – River Cruise

About the role

Royal Caribbean Group's Celebrity River Operations team is looking for a full-time Analyst, Land Operations in Basel, Switzerland, reporting to the Senior Director, Dispatch and ShoreEx. The analyst supports the execution of river cruise operations by keeping manifest data accurate, coordinating suppliers and partners, managing itinerary changes, monitoring service quality and handling operational disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational data is kept accurate in internal systems and support corrections and updates to documents and manifests
• Validate cruise manifests and communicate updates to suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Confirm guest counts and services accurately and on time, and act as liaison between ships, managers, suppliers and internal departments
• Monitor itineraries and implement alternative solutions during disruptions; coordinate special requests, group services and charter requirements
• Analyse guest and manager feedback and implement corrective actions
• Manage operational updates related to air schedule changes and ground services
• Build relationships with operational partners and service providers, and take part in operational reviews, meetings and emergency response
• Support crisis management and emergency phone duty as required

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in cruise operations
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German or another European language is an advantage
• Preferred: river cruise industry experience, knowledge of European river cruise destinations and logistics, and experience with manifest management
