Assistant Project Manager – Change Management (Banking)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager focused on Change Management to support a high‑impact organisational change initiative for a leading banking client. You will help roll out a new Market Data operating model for Bloomberg, affecting over 600 users worldwide across Investment Advisory, Front Office, Research, Risk, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of the new operating model, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Engage stakeholders, prepare targeted communications, and coordinate feedback sessions.
• Contribute to training, readiness activities, and adoption tracking through surveys and usage metrics.
• Maintain change documentation and support governance reporting for steering committees and working groups.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in change management, project support, communications, or organisational development, preferably within financial services or large‑scale technology transformations.
• Strong English communication skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Adaptable and able to collaborate across business and technology stakeholders.
