About the role

The Assistant Responsable will support the hotel management team at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while upholding the brand’s high standards of luxury and service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading hotel staff to maintain an ideal working environment.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations, quality criteria, and Four Seasons standards.
• Coach and manage team members, fostering a collaborative and refined service culture.
• Address guest relations with empathy and generosity, enhancing overall guest experience.
• Adapt continuously to high‑activity periods and specific client management situations.

Required profile

• Strong team spirit with a polished, warm, and elegant personality.
• Ability to coach, manage, and inspire staff under direct responsibility.
• Demonstrated empathy and generosity toward guests.
• Swiss nationality, Swiss residency authorization, or EU citizenship.
