Business Manager - VIE

About the role

The Business Manager VIE will accelerate the local development of SII Group’s Swiss entity. Based in Geneva, you will drive business growth, manage client relationships, and support the recruitment of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and respond to tender calls.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with large‑account customers.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing key accounts.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of consultants.
• Define resource needs and investment plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide necessary tools and training to the team.

Required profile

• French nationality, under 29 years old.
• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or business school.
• At least 2 years of experience in a consulting or ESN environment in a commercial role.
• Strong ambition, challenge‑driven mindset, autonomy, rigor, and intellectual agility.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Motivation to work in high‑growth, results‑oriented environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English; professional German is a plus.
