About the role

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will act as the operating engine that drives Visium’s strategic rhythm, decision‑making and execution. This is a leadership position designed for a high‑performer who wants to shape how a fast‑growing company is built and operate with speed and rigor.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the CEO’s priorities, cadence and follow‑through across weekly, monthly and quarterly cycles, ensuring focus on high‑leverage decisions.
  • Manage end‑to‑end board operations, from pack production and meeting preparation to action tracking and advisor coordination.
  • Drive the operating rhythm of the leadership team, guaranteeing decisions are made, documented, owned and executed.
  • Lead programme management of 2‑5 strategic initiatives at any time, covering organisational growth, capital activity, market expansion and senior commercial pursuits.
  • Represent the CEO’s voice in high‑stakes communications, investor updates, client correspondence and all‑hands messaging, acting as an extension of the CEO in selected external contexts.
  • Translate complex, high‑stakes decisions into clear written analysis and structured recommendations for rapid execution.

Required profile

  • 8+ years of experience in a high‑performance environment such as strategy consulting, investment banking, scaling tech companies or a Chief of Staff/COO track.
  • Exceptional written communication; ability to produce crisp memos and CEO communications under pressure.
  • Strong execution discipline: decisions are logged, owners are named and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Financial and commercial literacy: comfortable reading P&L statements and participating in deal conversations.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Fluent English; French or German preferred.
