Part‑Time Assistant for Event Coordination (Zurich/Zug)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive part‑time Assistant to manage the administrative side of our monthly curated events in Zurich and Zug. The role offers the chance to work on high‑quality, small‑group experiences and take full ownership of event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end administrative organization of monthly events.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics and communication with participants.
• Maintain guest lists, handle registrations and send confirmations.
• Liaise with vendors, venues and partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare event documentation and follow‑up materials.
• Guarantee a seamless, high‑quality experience for all attendees.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High reliability, ownership and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in event coordination or administration is a plus.
