About the role
Aura Reality is seeking a Commercial Strategy & Go‑to‑Market Manager to bridge strategy and execution for its global sales organisation. Based in Zurich with a hybrid work model, you will translate commercial ambitions into actionable plans that drive revenue across Europe, the US and Asia.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches and market entries.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to build repeatable playbooks and commercial readiness frameworks.
- Develop financial models for pipeline, pricing, market sizing and channel economics.
- Turn commercial plans into execution‑ready frameworks and monitor performance against targets.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership and sales leaders.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of experience in commercial strategy, revenue operations, sales operations or management consulting with a commercial focus.
- Strong analytical ability and experience building models from scratch.
- Proven experience working with international sales organisations across multiple countries.
- Comfort operating in fast‑growing, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
