Consulting Partner – Strategy & Data/AI Transformation

About the role

Artefact is seeking a Consulting Partner to lead and expand its commercial business in the Romandie region. Based in Lausanne, you will inherit an established client portfolio and be responsible for growing revenue, deepening relationships, and building the local team.

Key responsibilities

• Take over existing Romandie client relationships through a structured handover and develop multi‑year partnerships.
• Open new accounts with senior business leaders in industrial, retail, consumer and luxury sectors.
• Co‑create and execute an account and go‑to‑market plan, setting growth targets for existing and new clients.
• Own the sales pipeline, report monthly on qualified opportunities, conversion rates and revenue.
• Write proposals, define scoping and pricing, and align with the Tech chapter to deliver integrated strategy and implementation offers.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring client satisfaction, project margin and team experience.
• Develop sector expertise in industry, retail or luxury and publish thought‑leadership in French and English.
• Grow the Lausanne office together with the Swiss Managing Partner and Tech Partner, hiring and developing staff.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in consulting (technology, strategy, transaction services) or a large consulting/technology services firm.
• Current role at Director, Principal or Associate Partner level with personal sales targets.
• Proven track record of expanding client relationships and generating revenue.
• Sector experience and network in industrial goods, retail, consumer or luxury markets within Romandie.
• Native‑level French and fluent English.
• Strong understanding of data and AI concepts, able to discuss use‑case requirements, costs and ROI.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to the Lausanne area.
