Country Manager Switzerland

About the role

ServiceNow is seeking a Country Manager for Switzerland to lead its sales organization and accelerate new‑business growth. The role reports to regional leadership and works closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver the company’s AI‑driven platform to enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Sales Leaders and direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new‑business sales growth in Switzerland.
• Define and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with the overall go‑to‑market plan.
• Engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity creation while supporting field sales teams.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor sales team members to achieve high performance.
• Develop territory quotas, set performance expectations, and manage accurate forecast and pipeline reporting.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and present in C‑level customer meetings.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, partners, and ServiceNow executives.
• Manage the Digital Sales Team, including Sales Development and Inside Sales, and retain existing customers through regular engagement.

Required profile

• Proven track record of new‑business sales success at the enterprise level, including C‑level negotiations.
• Strong experience recruiting, coaching, and managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Ability to integrate AI concepts into sales processes and decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across multiple internal functions.
