About the role

Gowago is reshaping the car‑ownership experience and is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Mobility Intern to join its Zurich office. This 12‑month internship offers hands‑on exposure to customer service operations in a fast‑growing automotive‑tech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Assist customers in understanding Gowago’s products and services and address their specific needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and issues in the company’s CRM system.
• Support the Mobility team with administrative tasks related to customer satisfaction.
• Learn and adapt quickly to Gowago’s product portfolio, contracts, and service processes.

Required profile

• Native‑level French proficiency (essential).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Availability for 80‑100 % workload (full‑time).
• Strong communication abilities and capacity to manage customer expectations.
• Attention to detail when documenting interactions.
• Proactive, independent work style with a positive, start‑up attitude.
